About Gideon

Six degrees.
One passion.

Learning has been the defining thread of my life — not for the sake of accumulation, but because I believe that the quality of our thinking determines the quality of everything we lead, build, and become. Helping others construct that quality, deliberately and strategically, is the work I was made for.

I have taught at the university level, immersed myself in the cognitive and learning sciences, and I work with leaders in Africa and around the world — drawn by one consistent conviction: most leaders are sitting on intellectual potential they have never had the structure or support to fully activate.

My deepest professional satisfaction comes from sitting with a leader as they build — intentionally — the strategic learning ecosystem that allows their thinking to compound. To watch someone move from knowledge that sits dormant to wisdom that drives decisions is, to me, the most meaningful work there is.
