On Day 0, before the workshop begins, every participant signs a commitment document. It says: go through the full 90-day journey, do the work honestly — and at Day 90, you decide whether to pay.

Do I really pay nothing until Day 90?
Correct. No deposit, no upfront fee, no instalment. The reverse contract is signed on Day 0 and payment is triggered only at Day 90 — and only if you are satisfied with your results.
What happens if I don't feel I got value?
We have an honest conversation. The contract includes a clause for this. It has never been invoked — because we design the programme to make results inevitable for people who show up. But it is there.
Do I have to do all four Domes?
You access all four, but you commit to one as your primary Dome for deep immersion. Many members spend 60–70% of their time in their primary Dome and draw from the others as needed throughout the journey.
How much time does it require each week?
Expect to commit 4–6 hours per week: one live session of 60–90 minutes, async module work, and your daily Protected Window practice (which replaces existing habits, not adds to them).
Is the programme in-person or online?
The onboarding workshop on Day 1 is in-person in your chosen city — we run cohorts across Accra, Nairobi, Lagos, Kigali, Addis Ababa, Mauritius, Johannesburg, and Cape Town. All subsequent sessions are conducted live online, designed for busy professionals who cannot commit to weekly in-person travel.
What does the screening process involve?
A short application form (10 minutes) followed by a 20-minute call with a programme lead. We are looking for people who are serious, coachable, and ready to do honest work — not people who already have everything figured out.
Why is it limited to 15 people?
The reverse contract model requires us to deliver real, measurable transformation for every single participant. That is only possible in a small cohort where coaching is genuinely personal and the accountability circle is real — not a number in a group chat.
What is the fee at Day 90?
The fee is discussed and agreed during your screening call before you join — so there are no surprises at Day 90. The amount is fixed and disclosed upfront. You will know exactly what you are committing to before you sign.
